Three trainers

Three trainers, and what each of them will not teach you

A small school is only a claim until you can see how few people it is. Here they are, what each one actually does behind a bar, and the part each one hands to someone else.

Roasting — "we do not roast here and I will not pretend to teach it"

Designs the timed rush on the last day of Bar Ready and does not soften it.

Three trainers and six students to a class. When a course has six, it is closed — we do not add a seventh and split the machine three ways.

No graduate counts and no alumni claims appear anywhere on this site. We do not know where you will end up working, and a number invented about that would be the least honest thing here.
